Vanguard Economics is a rapidly growing consulting firm in Rwanda specializing in research and advisory for economic development. We have supported the Government of Rwanda, private sector, and development partners in formulating several policies and national strategies to enhance trade, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and services sectors. Our team of predominantly young Rwandan professionals provide services along the entire chain of knowledge production from data collection to research, and advisory. We have about 45 full time in-house technical staff.
